You will audit operations teams' & system outputs, suggest and implement process/system improvements, and identify emerging process performance trends. You will also be responsible for auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes, interacting with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct regular audits of operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations to management * Implement process/system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality * Analyze and identify emerging process performance trends to inform business decisions * Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure compliance with company standards * Collaborate with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements * Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency * Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance) * Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work at all levels * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role or industry (e.g., quality assurance, process improvement, operations) * Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Certification in quality assurance or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work at all levels * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
