**The Role**
As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and audit our pricing analytics & operations team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process/system enhancements to drive operational excellence. You will work closely with our business, automation, and technology teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless system integration.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct regular audits of operations teams and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
* Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
* Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
* Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
* Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive process improvements and system integration
* Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
* Provide training and support to team members on process improvements and system enhancements
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or technology)
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
