You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with interactive and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX). You'll report to the Attractions Functional Innovation team and drive business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, providing thought leadership and driving projects to completion efficiently and effectively * Collaborate with research teams and stakeholders to drive machine learning (ML) strategies and identify areas where business problems can be solved creatively by applying ML * Lead and work with data scientists and engineers to implement and scale ML solutions, creating magical experiences for our visitors and driving functional objectives * Drive innovation, proof-of-concepts, technology funding initiatives, and customer engagements that lead to developing top-tier AI platforms * Provide functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Develop standard operating procedures and collaborate with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that generate effective code **Essential Qualifications and Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns * Experience with structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases * 2+ years of experience with workflow management tools like Airflow or another data workflow management instrument * Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Strong systems integration architecture skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and expected outcomes **Preferred Qualifications and Skills** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: * Experience with Docker * Experience with control systems * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development * Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
