About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for resolving complex consumer issues, advising on high-level concerns, and providing exceptional support to policyholders. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level concerns, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation. Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing support and recommendations as necessary. Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting policies as required. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. High School Graduate or GED. Ability to type 25 words per minute. Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems. Proven oral and written communication skills. Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate desktop computer systems. Preferred qualifications include: 6 months of call center experience. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed required. Clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
