Your role in our mission

Program Leadership & Strategy
Define program goals, success metrics, and long-term strategy in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
Translate organizational objectives into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans.
Coordinate multiple related projects to ensure alignment and cohesive delivery.
Execution & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end delivery of programs from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor progress, identify issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet program requirements and standards.
Stakeholder Management
Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, business, and leadership teams.
Lead steering committee updates, program reviews, and executive reporting.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across diverse groups.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Identify, evaluate, and track risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Lead problem resolution efforts with urgency and clarity.
Drive change management activities and ensure adoption of new processes or technologies.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs, processes, and tools.
Build repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve execution consistency.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to measure program outcomes.

What we're looking for

9+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred

Proven experience leading complex, multi‑workstream programs from initiation to completion

Demonstrated ability to define program goals, success metrics, and long‑term strategic plans

Experience translating organizational objectives into actionable execution roadmaps

Strong background coordinating multiple related projects to ensure alignment and integrated delivery

Ability to develop and manage program plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Track record of monitoring progress, identifying issues early, and implementing mitigation strategies

Experience ensuring high‑quality deliverables that meet program scope, requirements, and standards

Strong communication skills across engineering, operations, business, and senior leadership

Experience leading steering committees, executive updates, and program reviews

Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and drive alignment at all levels

Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and track risks, blockers, and dependencies

Experience leading change management efforts and driving adoption of new tools, processes, or technologies

Experience developing repeatable frameworks, templates, and governance models to improve consistency

Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives across programs and processes

The pay range for this position is $81,100.00 - $115,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
