**Key Responsibilities**

As a Phone Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Engaging with customers via inbound phone calls to encourage subscription retention and minimize cancellations
* Utilizing excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their concerns
* Identifying and anticipating customer needs to provide personalized solutions
* Effectively prioritizing work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved
* Making customers feel valued and appreciated through exceptional customer service
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and gain the confidence of the customer
* Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and thrive in a team-oriented culture
* Customer Service background or experience working with people
* Ability to work remotely or in one of our facilities located in Boone, Des Moines, Tipton, or Wilton
* Must live within the state of Iowa, with preference within 60 miles of one of our locations

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
