About the Role: Connecting Healthcare Heroes As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for verifying the credentials of healthcare professionals looking to fill shifts at various facilities. This involves navigating our online systems to confirm the validity of credentials and then communicating the outcome to the nurses via written messages. Additionally, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, managing multiple chat channels simultaneously to provide top-notch support to our clients and healthcare workers alike. Key Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner. Simultaneously handle multiple chat channels, ensuring seamless communication with clients and healthcare professionals. Follow established communication scripts to address various topics and concerns. Identify client needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives as necessary. Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and chat inquiries. Perform data entry tasks and provide customer service support. Efficiently navigate online systems to verify credentials and manage client requests. Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring a high level of productivity. Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, embodying the blithequark values. Demonstrate flexibility by being open to cross-training as requested. Essential Qualifications: 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, preferably in a call center or office environment. Technical savvy with the ability to efficiently navigate online systems. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, coupled with active listening abilities. Typing speed of 35 words per minute with high accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. A background check that complies with state and federal laws is required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working remotely or from home. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
