As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others. **Responsibilities** As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner * Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing exceptional customer service and support * Following established communication scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and alternatives as needed * Performing data entry and customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Navigating online platforms and company resources to access information and resolve issues * Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1+ year of customer service or customer support experience * 1+ year of call center or office experience * Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly * Previous remote work experience a plus * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities * Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately * Background check applicable with state and federal laws required **What We Offer** As a Phone and Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive starting salary of $14/hour, plus shift differential and potential increase after 90 days.
