**Job Responsibilities**
As a data entry specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently and accurately process new prescription orders, refills, or clarifications
* Utilize multiple software programs to review patient profiles and accurately enter prescription information
* Update and maintain patient records with an eye for detail, ensuring HIPAA compliance
* Collaborate with other teams to address clarifications and transfer information appropriately
* Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold standards for data security
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Active Colorado Provisional Pharmacy License or Colorado Certified Pharmacy Technician License preferred. careerzynith will cover costs for applicants willing to obtain a provisional license
* Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
* Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands
* Adaptable and eager to learn and grow with the company

* Remote: Wed-Fri 8:30 am - 7:00 pm | Sat-Sun 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
