You'll maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide professional phone assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders through our criteria-based prior authorization process * Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials * Transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists * Respond to member and provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with our team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements **Minimum Requirements** * **Education:** Verifiable High School diploma or GED required * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience, preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position * **Certification:** Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred but not required at a State or National level **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience:** Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * **Skills:** Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills * **Certification:** Pharmacy Technician certification at a State or National level **Skills and Competencies** * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills * **Problem-Solving:** Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions * **Time Management:** Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve common goals * **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
