Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting our pharmacists with the practice of pharmacy, including filling prescriptions, entering patient and drug information, and providing excellent customer service. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our pharmacy systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with the practice of pharmacy, including filling prescriptions and entering patient and drug information Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues Accurately and efficiently enter data into our pharmacy systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate Develop strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and data security Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have: High school diploma or equivalent required Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications Basic computer skills, including ability to navigate pharmacy systems and software Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: 6 months of experience in a retail or pharmacy setting Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or data entry specialist Strong math skills, including ability to accurately count and measure medications Excellent computer skills, including ability to navigate multiple software systems Knowledge of store inventory control and management Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you must possess: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications Basic computer skills, including ability to navigate pharmacy systems and software Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
