About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy Develop strong relationships with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other pharmacy-related tasks Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of prescription medications Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly pharmacy department Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacy operations, customer service, and employee conduct Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You should also have a strong foundation in math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and be able to learn and use our pharmacy systems.
