Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state, federal, and company policies Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate data entry Develop strong relationships with customers, engage with them, and provide assistance with services and products Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and delightful customer experience Perform duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications Support Pharmacy department on stock management activities and maintain knowledge of company asset protection techniques Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment Preferred: previous work experience with blithequark Preferred: basic math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications Preferred: basic computer skills Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control Preferred: PTCB certification Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Basic math skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
