As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience * Registering sales, handling cash transactions, and processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner * Assisting pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceuticals, verifying prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions * Maintaining accurate records, including patient and drug data, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines * Recommending products and services to customers, and providing suggestions for sale and companion items * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters, cabinets, and inventory management * Performing various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, processing claims, and completing special assignments as assigned **Customer Experience** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will have a direct impact on their experience. You will: * Engage customers and patients through greeting, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner * Share customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience * Provide recommendations for products and services, and suggest change-up and/or companion items to enhance the customer experience **Operations** You will be responsible for: * Maintaining accurate records, including patient and drug data, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines * Assisting pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow * Reporting prescription errors to pharmacists on duty and adhering to company guidelines and procedures * Handling phone calls that do not require the personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians * Processing guide claims for third-party prescription services in a timely and efficient manner **Education & Personal Development** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our team members.
