Key Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions
Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving client issues to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate records, keep counters and retires clean and well-promoted, and perform inventory management tasks as required
Perform administrative duties, such as processing manual cases for third-party program prescription services, handling calls, and maintaining information on organization resource security methods
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances and maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico)
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
Preferred Qualifications
At least six months of experience in a retail environment
Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
Continuing education credits in healthcare and pharmacy, including the latest news and developments
