Key Responsibilities

Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions
Engage with clients and patients, offering help with items and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
Maintain a clean and well-promoted store environment, including counters, retires, and inventory management
Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual cases for third-party program prescription services, and handling calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist
Support the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, checking, and storing shipments of medications
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances and maintain knowledge of company asset protection methods
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
At least six months of experience in a retail environment
Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated training program
Knowledge of store inventory control and experience with administrative tasks
