**Job Summary**

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assisting pharmacists with patient consultations, prescription processing, and other pharmacy-related tasks
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
* Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and pharmacy inventory
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use pharmacy systems and software
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment
* Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software
* Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
