Our team of approximately 220,000 healthcare service providers and retail professionals is committed to building trusted relationships that create healthier futures for our customers, patients, team members, and communities. **Job Summary** As an experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate Certification, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our pharmacy team in providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and assisting pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, assist with inventory management, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager. **Key Responsibilities** * Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service * Assists pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions * Maintains a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves * Assists with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals * Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine * Assumes web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers * Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, including ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance * Complies with all company policies and procedures, maintains respectful relationships with coworkers, and completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned **Training & Personal Development** * Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration * Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquires continuing education credits * Maintains knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments **Requirements** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours * Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment * Prefer prior work experience with arenaflex * Prefer good math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications * Prefer good computer skills * Prefer knowledge of store inventory control * Prefer PTCB certification **Benefits** * Competitive compensation package * Comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
