As a remote data entry professional, you will be responsible for processing prescriptions from a remote setting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out direct patient care programs, including drug treatment management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects
Drive the execution of various strategies and operations to ensure business needs are being met
Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives
Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance
Support efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services
Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
Conduct data and clinical reviews, making strategic moves to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions
Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment
Give individualized patient/supplier consultation and provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the client maintenance program
Essential Qualifications
Current pharmacist license as conferred by the appropriate state licensing authority
Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
Experience working with confidential information
Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends
Experience using time utilization skills, such as prioritizing/organizing and following details and meeting deadlines of various tasks with varying completion dates
Experience creating ways to achieve goals with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete objectives, and knowing when to escalate issues
Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
Knowledge of insurance plans
Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
