Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
Drive the execution of various policies and procedures to ensure business needs are being met
Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services
Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives
Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance
Support efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services
Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
Conduct data and clinical reviews and make strategic moves to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions
Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment
Provide individualized patient/provider consultation
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a current Pharmacist license as conceded by the appropriate state licensing authority. You should also have experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues, working with confidential information, and using time utilization skills. Additionally, you must be able to work non-standard hours, travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, and have experience providing client service to internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
Knowledge of insurance plans
Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
