Conduct Fitness Assessments and Smart Start Appointments Utilize your expertise to assess athletes' current fitness levels and develop strategies for improvement, including conducting Smart Start appointments to introduce new athletes to our training methods. Provide High-Level Personal Service and Attention Foster strong relationships with athletes, providing them with the support, motivation, and guidance they need to succeed, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. Participate in Promotional Activities Engage in events, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at promoting our services and attracting new athletes to our programs, contributing to the growth and reputation of our company. Maintain Professional Development Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and research in fitness and athletic performance, attending workshops, seminars, and online courses to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess a nationally recognized Personal Training certification from a US Fitness accepted provider, along with CPR/AED certification and current continuing education credentials. A strong background in fitness and athletic performance, with experience in training athletes, is highly desirable.
