Job Overview
As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in servicing our existing book of personal lines customers, processing renewals, and establishing strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities

Servicing current book of personal lines customers and processing their renewals in a timely and efficient manner
Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication
Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, audit disputes, and claims service
Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues
Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide accurate and informed guidance to customers


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of insurance customer service experience, preferably in personal lines insurance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and internal stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Property & Casualty 2-20 or 4-40 license, with an active insurance license
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex insurance concepts and communicate them effectively to customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in insurance account management or customer service, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and services
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in insurance software and systems
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
