About the Role: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively supporting our Account Executives. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work with a designated, private, and professional workspace. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily downloads, Auto ID cards, and mortgagee requests in a timely manner. Assign incoming emails, mail, faxes, and voice messages to the correct team member. Address basic billing questions and escalate complex issues to Account Managers. Update contact information on every call and document all interactions in HawkSoft. Answer phone calls, screen them diligently, and handle service tasks as indicated. Proactively work with Account Executives to take on tasks that fit within your role. Process endorsements assigned by Account Executives and clearly communicate with clients via phone and email. Support the marketing and branding team and continually learn and grow your knowledge of insurance coverage and carrier appetites. Perform other responsibilities as directed by your manager. Essential Qualifications: P&C License is required. Proficiency in using computers, VoIP phone systems, and virtual meeting tools. Ability to work in a designated remote workspace that is private and professional. Strong communication and rapport-building skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous insurance experience, though not necessary, is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable. Knowledge of CMS Hawksoft is advantageous.
