We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a Telemedicine Virtualist. This fully remote opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to make a real difference in the lives of children and families across the nation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a telemedicine setting, utilizing critical thinking and multitasking skills to deliver high-quality care. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Participate in various administrative, teaching, and research opportunities to grow professionally and contribute to the advancement of pediatric urgent care. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical guidelines, technologies, and best practices in pediatric urgent care and telemedicine. Provide exceptional customer service, treating every patient as if they were family. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications A Master's of Science in Nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing, or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state you're applying for. Board certification by ANCC or NCCPA. Pediatric experience, with a preference for those with background in Pediatric Emergency Room, Pediatric Intensive Care, or Pediatric Urgent Care. Telemedicine experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to efficiently use new software and technology. Empathic communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with families. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in telemedicine, particularly in pediatric urgent care. A proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments. Experience with practice management software and electronic health records.
