**Responsibilities**
As a Payroll/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* **Data Entry and Import**: Accurately and efficiently entering payroll data into our system, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing errors.
* **Data Review and Verification**: Thoroughly reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, identifying potential issues, and reporting them to customers in a timely manner.
* **Payroll Processing**: Calculating and processing payroll-related changes, including verifying payroll output against reports to ensure accuracy.
* **Customer Support**: Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* **Issue Escalation**: Researching and escalating complex issues to the support team to resolve customer or system problems.
* **Communication and Collaboration**: Working closely with the support team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Call Center Experience**: A plus, but not required. If you have experience in a call center environment, you'll be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.
* **Strong Data Entry and Phone-Based Support Skills**: Accurate and efficient data entry, combined with excellent phone-based support skills, are essential for success in this position.
* **Bilingual (English and Spanish)**: A plus, but not required. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, you'll be able to serve a broader range of customers and expand your skills.
