**Job Summary**

As a Payments Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing payment processes, resolving payment-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You'll work closely with our billing and accounting teams to ensure accurate records, and collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement of payment processes and customer service standards. **Key Responsibilities**

- **Process and Verify Incoming Payments**: You'll be responsible for processing and verifying incoming payments via various channels, including credit card, ACH, checks, and other payment methods.
- **Respond to Customer Payment Inquiries**: You'll respond promptly to customer payment inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their concerns.
- **Investigate and Resolve Payment Discrepancies**: You'll investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, working closely with our billing and accounting teams to ensure accurate records.
- **Collaborate with Billing and Accounting Teams**: You'll collaborate with our billing and accounting teams to ensure accurate records, and support continuous improvement of payment processes and customer service standards.
- **Maintain Detailed Documentation**: You'll maintain detailed documentation of payment transactions, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**

- **Experience**: Previous experience in payment processing, billing, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
