Key Responsibilities
Support the administration of key seller connections, including attending monthly and quarterly business reviews with payment card companies
Analyze data and prepare presentations for senior management, including regular payment metrics
Perform daily examinations that may impact business performance and decision-making, and collaborate with various stakeholders as needed
Learn, maintain, and leverage digital reporting processes
Use data modeling to demonstrate the performance of business KPIs
Assist with the identification and monitoring of payment card network compliance issues
Provide project support and guidance to other team members
Fulfill ad-hoc requests and complete special tasks
Acquire new skills as needed to support the needs of the Payments team and the Financial Services Division
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
