Key Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient process that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain performance goals and consistently strive for improvement, leveraging feedback and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1+ year of work experience in a related field (e.g., medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center).
Previous experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer windows open is highly desirable, as is experience interacting with patients regarding medical information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to patients and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry proficiency and excellent attention to detail.
