Job Responsibilities
As a patient care customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information in a professional and courteous manner
Accurately transcribing patient profiles over the telephone and performing data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Processing patient orders through the online pharmacy system, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of equipment and supplies
Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders for patients, providing effective solutions to problems and concerns
Troubleshooting problems based on patient input regarding order issues, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and administrative support
Experience in the medical field and administrative record management, with a solid understanding of medical terminology and procedures
Strong customer service background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable), although this is a remote role, we may require occasional travel or meetings
