**What to Expect as a Patient Care Customer Service Representative at careerzynith**

As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
* Accurately transcribing patient profiles over the telephone and performing data entry
* Processing patient orders through the online pharmacy system
* Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders for patients
* Troubleshooting problems based on patient input regarding order issues

* Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
