**Key Responsibilities:**
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.
* Help keep track of patient interactions by using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly and document all interactions in real-time.
* Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice by identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and, if necessary, escalating appropriately.
**What You Should Have:**
* High School Diploma / GED required
* College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
* 1 year of relevant customer care experience
* Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
* Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
