As a Patient Care Advocate at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by utilizing your knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.

**What You Should Have**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* A College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus (preferred)
* At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
* Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
* Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
