Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities will enable you to effectively communicate missing elements and ensure a high level of quality throughput. You'll work closely with our team to maintain compliance with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and data security. **Key Responsibilities:** * Timely and accurate data entry and management of patient orders * Translate critical healthcare information and test orders from test request forms into our database accurately and timely * Review received orders for required elements and effectively communicate missing elements to clients and team members * Ensure a high level of quality throughput and maintain compliance with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations * Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve client inquiries and concerns * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and industry best practices * Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and data entry activities **Essential Qualifications:** * High School diploma or equivalent * At least 6 months of experience in data entry, preferably in a medical setting * Detail-oriented and accurate with a strong focus on quality * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management * Proficient in Windows and Internet Browsers * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Complies with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1 year of experience in a medical setting * Higher net typing speed (at least 60 wpm) * Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical billing software * Familiarity with CLIA and HIPAA regulations * Certification in medical terminology or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to adapt to changing policies and procedures * Strong research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare regulations and industry best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
