The Role: Part-Time YouTube Thumbnail Designer We're looking for a talented and creative Thumbnail Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Thumbnail Designer, you'll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' YouTube channels. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling thumbnail images that drive engagement and audience growth. Key Responsibilities: Design Expertise: Develop visually appealing thumbnails aligned with each client's brand guidelines. Content Creation: Produce 3–6 thumbnails per week from concept to completion. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current YouTube thumbnail trends and evolving audience preferences. Feedback-Driven Improvements: Use data and analytics to refine designs and test new approaches. A/B Testing: Experiment with multiple thumbnail variations to determine what drives the best results. Collaborative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming video headlines, descriptions, and tags to enhance content discoverability.
