Your responsibilities will include: • **Data Entry and Management**: Coordinate and oversee data entry projects across various departments, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems, while reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy before entry. • **Data Integrity and Consistency**: Ensure consistency and integrity of data across all systems, developing and implementing data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. • **Data Organization and Retrieval**: Organize, store, and retrieve data and documentation as needed for reports and analysis, while communicating with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data. • **Training and Support**: Provide support and training to other team members on data entry processes and software, while monitoring the progress of data entry tasks and providing status updates to managers. • **Report Preparation**: Assist with the preparation of reports, summaries, and other documentation as required, working with other departments to identify data needs and ensure timely and accurate data entry support. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with further education or certification in data management being a plus. • **Data Entry Experience**: Previous experience in data entry, data management, or administrative coordination is essential, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) are required, with experience with data entry software and databases being preferred (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). • **Organizational and Time Management Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, are essential for success in this role. • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects. • **Reliable Internet Connection**: A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office environment are necessary for this role. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience with project management tools or task management software, knowledge of data security protocols and best practices, and familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms are highly desirable.
