**Responsibilities:**

As a Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
* Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions with our technicians.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including customer information, services provided, and account changes.
* Assisting with miscellaneous office duties, as needed, to support the success of our HVAC company.
* Collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.
* Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights, with multiple shifts available.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
