We're currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent to join our shared team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to our clients' customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, letter, and social media. Your primary language will be French, and you'll also be required to support customers in English.

**Job Summary**

We're seeking a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent to join our shared team, supporting customers in French and English. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You'll work closely with our clients to deliver seamless experiences and meet their contractual agreements.

**Responsibilities and Results**

As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to all customer inquiries within given timescales, efficiently and effectively
* Developing and maintaining a full knowledge of client products and services
* Recognizing when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
* Dealing with all correspondence as requested/required
* Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure
* Maintaining and updating all administration
* Consulting product manuals to advise customers of appropriate options/solutions
* Meeting minimum monitoring criteria
* Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly targets

**Pre-Recruitment Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Fluency in English and French
* Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service
* Good organizational skills
* A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard
* A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations
* Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadlines
* ECDL qualification an advantage

**Work Schedule**

You'll work 15 hours per week, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays, between 8:30am and 11pm. For the first two weeks, you'll be required to work full-time Monday to Friday for training.
