Experienced Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with careerzynith

We're seeking an experienced Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the face of careerzynith's exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the site manager with facility operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, providing timely and accurate information
* Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements, and prepare rental contracts
* Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work
* Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
* Participate in ongoing continuous careerzynith education through our comprehensive training program
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions
**Work Environment:**
* The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals
* May be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields
* Physical demands include long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
