**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Storage Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our site manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the site manager with facility operations
* Answering phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
* Showing storage units, explaining rental agreements, and preparing contracts
* Performing routine property cleanup and minor repair work
* Ensuring vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
* Participating in ongoing continuous education through careerzynith University
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys
* Support the site manager with facility operations, including routine maintenance and repairs
* Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, responding to their needs and concerns
* Show storage units, explain rental agreements, and prepare contracts for new customers
* Perform routine property cleanup and minor repair work, ensuring the facility is clean and secure
* Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
* Participate in ongoing continuous education through careerzynith University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
**Work Environment**
* The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals
* May be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields
* The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
