Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and pleasant. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with ticketing, baggage check-in, and gate boarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:


Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
Managing the check-in process, verifying customers' documentation for travel, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring a secure environment for customers and colleagues.
Assisting customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, using computers to check seat availability, flight status, and baggage handling.
Operating jet ways to position them for aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring a secure environment for customers and colleagues.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Consistently prioritize safety and security, both for yourself and others.
Embrace a diverse range of people, thinking, and styles, promoting a culture of inclusivity.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Frequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 80 pounds.
Be authorized to live and work in the country you're applying to.
Possess entry-level computer skills and strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be fluent in English, both written and orally.
Be fluent in Spanish, both written and orally.
