**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide essential information and support to families throughout the matching process, including clarifying regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program requirements and facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs.
* Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through monthly calls and in-person meetings, building personal connections and resolving conflicts efficiently.
* Organize and host cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cross-cultural understanding and exchange.
* Collaborate with headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs, ensuring a cohesive and effective program.
* Implement marketing initiatives in line with headquarters strategies, promoting the Au Pair program and attracting new Host Families.
