Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry transactions, office clerical duties, and compiling reports. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a remote setting, utilizing Microsoft Office applications and industry software.
Key Responsibilities
Entry of daily work orders into systems
Assembling reports
Reconciling reports
Filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties
Maintain excellent communication with various departments
Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Organizing and prioritizing skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
1 year of data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or similar service environment
1 year of office clerk experience
Good communication skills
Experience in recycling would be helpful but not necessary
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to:
Organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management
Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
