**Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing real-time assistance to our customers via chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Engaging with customers in real-time via chat to provide support and assistance
* Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
* Collaborating with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds
* Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): Handle customer inquiries within 5 minutes

**Qualifications**

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in customer service or support role preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
