Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
