**Job Summary**

As a Part-Time Remote Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You will be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs
* Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience and identify areas for process improvement
* Analyze data to inform decision-making and develop work flows and procedures to promote quality and efficiency
* Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner, gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions
* Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and following policies and procedures
* Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, and contributing to building a positive team environment

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a logistics or delivery setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop alternative solutions
* Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
* Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
* Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with logistics or delivery software and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
