Duties & Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. Some of your key duties may include:
Receiving and processing inventory, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our systems
Packing and shipping customer orders with precision and attention to detail
Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation
Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels and tracking
Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, staying up-to-date with changing priorities and deadlines
Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable), adhering to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
Basic computer skills, with experience using scanners and other equipment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
Previous experience in a data entry or warehouse environment
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
Experience using power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
