**Requirements**
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
* Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, with a focus on clarity and accuracy
* Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
* Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a focus on independence and autonomy
