**Job Summary**

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data. You'll be responsible for receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting the demands of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields accurately, ensuring the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
* Collect, compile, sort, and verify the accuracy or completeness of data before it's entered, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
* Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our data.
* Scan or upload documents as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with our data management policies.
* Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies, providing exceptional customer service and support.
* Maintain logs of activities and completed work, filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them as required.
* Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Create or modify databases according to the needs of the department, leveraging your technical skills and expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
* Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, training other data entry employees as needed.
* Perform other related duties as required, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.

**Requirements**

* High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree/Bachelors Degree preferred.
* Two years of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry software and systems.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
