**Job Summary**

As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our front office operations. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions**

* Perform all functions and responsibilities of a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, including scheduling cases and invoicing cases
* Receive, open, and disinfect cases for production
* Pack and ship cases for delivery through local or national carriers
* Schedule cases and assist with billing questions or issues
* Enter demographics and customer information into our LIS system
* Print preference notes matching to cases
* Move cases into production areas
* Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
* Scan paperwork for electronic storage
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
* Refer technical inquiries to the appropriate team member
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills and Abilities Required**

* Data entry and computer skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Minimum Education and Experience Required**

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Some billing experience required

**Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used**

* Disinfectant process chemicals
* Personal protective equipment as required
* Office equipment

**Physical Requirements**

* Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
* Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
* Repeated bending and kneeling
* Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color
* Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds

**Education**

* High School or Equivalent or better
