Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist position at blithequark is a part-time remote role that involves performing manual entry and verification of field-level data, as well as possible categorization of data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, identifying and reporting data issues, and providing analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity. Your work will be critical in supporting our business operations and informing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Compare data entered with source documents, or reenter data in verification format on screen to detect errors Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enter necessary codes Audit customer data for accuracy; make necessary adjustments Perform or assist with other duties and projects as needed Comply with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the blithequark HIPAA Security policy Identify, analyze, and report data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and completeness of source documents Provide analytical governance skills to maintain successful productivity for the team Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, look for ways to improve and promote quality.
